Virtue signaling, being woke and adhering to diversity equity and inclusion is exhausting. Not only for those trying to meet the expectations, but for the rest of us normal people trying to understand it and trying to figure out why those who shout about “diversity and inclusion” are often the worst at demonstrating both of those. And there were two classic examples last week in the UK.
