McBlog: Extremist Teachers Warn Of Extremist Students

It was quite the heading screaming across the Stuff website. But is it the students who are the extremists, or is it actually some activist extremist teachers who want to indoctrinate our children with their radical leftist worldview – and don’t like students having differing opinions?

Extremist Teachers Warn Of Extremist Students

It was quite the heading screaming across the Stuff news website

‘Trump boys’ in NZ classrooms: Teachers warn of rising student extremism

Whenever you can say the words “Trump” and “extremist” in the same sentence, the media get very excited.

But is it the students that are extremists or is it actually activist teachers who want to indoctrinate our children with their radical leftist worldview.

So let me read you the article

Secondary school teachers in New Zealand are witnessing an alarming rise in extremism among students, with young men particularly susceptible to misogynistic ideologies promoted by figures like Andrew Tate.

Whether it’s young students strutting around as the “Trump boys”, or submitting social science assignments with ‘trad-wife’ (traditional wife) ideologies, secondary school teacher Paul Stevens said the issue has reached “a tipping point” in the past two years.’

Teachers now regularly encounter students who have been radicalised through algorithm-driven social media platforms – and some are leaving the profession because of it.

A report titled Responding to Extremism in the Classroom: Online Lies and Real World Harm, was presented at the [PPTA] conference on Wednesday by Stevens, who is also the PPTA Auckland regional chairperson.

“A spirit of inhumanity has arrived in our classrooms on a scale we haven’t seen in our lifetimes,” Stevens said in his opening line.

I mean, this sounds all so dramatic, doesn’t it!

The recommendations in the report call on the Ministry of Education to support urgent action due to the rise of misinformation, disinformation, and xenophobia found in a “toxic online culture of masculinity”, posing an “escalating threat” to society, educators and students in Aotearoa.

When students use language or terms that are “dog whistles” from the “manosphere” – “this is misogyny, this is hate speech – and it shouldn’t be acceptable in our schools without being challenged,” Stevens said.

The manosphere is a term designating a variety of websites, blogs, and online forums that promote toxic masculinity, misogyny and opposition to feminism.

How much you wanna bet that Mr Stevens can’t define what a woman is.

“Our classrooms are not ideological battlegrounds – they are spaces for learning, empathy, and growth,” the report states.

Ah yes – our classrooms are not ideological battlegrounds unless it’s ideology like gender theory, climate alarmism and critical theory. You know – things Mr Stevens likes.

And then its clutching for examples – any examples. Please!!!

A young student might submit an assignment, make a strong argument they probably see as coherent, presented in a persuasive manner to meet an assignment’s criteria, Stevens said. “But the argument is effectively about a traditional wife, arguing that a woman’s role is meant to be in the household raising children.”

Truly shocking. Why didn’t they call the Police?

A PPTA member spoke at the conference on Tuesday about how young men at her school identified themselves as “Trump boys”. Alongside students making arguments that even a few years ago “society would’ve utterly rejected” Stevens said they were all part of a broader movement which pushes back on feminism. Some female students had also embraced ‘trad-wife’ ideologies that promoted limiting women’s roles to homemaking and child-rearing, Stevens said. These ideologies appeared predominantly in year 9 students, which meant it was ”bound to get worse”, he said.

This guy sounds like he needs a cup of tea and a lie down. Hopefully the school holidays helped.

The report cites UK data showing 53% of referrals to counter-radicalisation programmes were for children aged 11-17, with 89% being male.

What he doesn’t say is that in the 11-17 age group, there were just 3,600 referrals. Out of 5.4 million.

That’s 0.066%. 6 in 10,000.

And only 7% of those referrals end up being recognised and adopted under the programme

And how many of these in the UK are for people saying that only women can get pregnant – or that dudes cannot be females – or that abortion is the killing of a life.

Here’s another inconvenient truth for Mr Stevens.

Ofthose in custody for terrorism connected offences in Great Britain as at 30 June 2024,63% were categorised as holding Islamist-extremist views, 29% were categorised as holding Extreme Right-Wing ideologies.

Whoops.

The ongoing battle with misogyny faced by the predominantly female profession added another layer of pressure driving teachers away. Classroom experiences such as students using coded language from online subcultures or openly dismissing female teachers were “sometimes disguised, but increasingly undisguised”, Stevens said.

So who is Paul Stephens, you ask?

In 2017 he was pushing for gender neutral toilets so that boys could go in girls toilets, and gender neutral uniforms just to add to the confusion.

In 2018, he was campaigning with that awful programme The Project (which has thankfully been closed down because of lack of interest) for a ban on so-called ‘conversion therapy.

In 2019, there was a special feature in the NZ Education Gazette – part of the Ministry of Education – entitled Out in the Classroom – featuring none other than Paul Stevens.

In 2020, he was helping Labour develop the law to ban so-called ‘conversion therapy’

In 2020 also

Speaking at a raucous Labour campaign event at Wellington gay bar Ivy, the party’s rainbow representative Paul Stevens predicted a sweep of rainbow MPs into parliament, and attacked National for a lack of sexual diversity. “Our polling is pretty damn strong. We will have the most rainbow parliament in the world, quite possibly the most rainbow parliament in the world ever,” he said.

In 2021, it was Pride Month and all about a teacher named Paul Stevens (who would have thought) who wanted to be “out in the classroom” and “openly gay” – because every student who turns up to his art class only wants to know about his sexuality – according to Paul.

And in 2022, he was on Rainbow Labour’s pride panel

So you can quickly see, he’s quite the radical LGBTQWERTY++ activist in his art room. He runs the LGBT club to indoctrinate young people at his school. But remember what he says – “our classrooms are not ideological battlegrounds”

And he’s also the Auckland PPTA regional chair.

Interestingly, in all his hysterics, he doesn’t refer to this report

From the manosphere to tradwives: Why are young women embracing traditional gender roles?

[Australian] Research [by Psychology lecturer from Charles Sturt University] shows young women are increasingly supporting traditional gender roles compared with 14 years ago. Young men showed no change in their support for paternalism or gendered roles over the same period. Online trends such as the manosphere and tradwives encourage women to focus on looking after the home, the man and the family.

Ah – so it’s actually the girls that are becoming the little conservative radicals.

And our activist teacher doesn’t refer to this one either

Called the N-word by teachers

“The more jarring ones are definitely the instances of teachers calling students the N-word or teachers calling Māori horis or savages or uncivilised.”

“Teachers have come forward saying that they have experienced the same thing: Pākehā students swear at teachers and get a detention, Māori students swear at teachers and get stood down,”

That sounds like radicalised and racist teachers. Surely not!

Now after the media hysteria around his report, he appeared on two media outlets.

One was the taxpayer funded left wing radio Radio NZ – and it was a patsy interview – and note the grand generalisations of the research – which is really just some anecdotal statements from a few teachers.

And apparently everyone listens to Andrew Tate – which they don’t.

Wait until we get to the Christian nationalism and the whiteness!

So this teacher needs a serious lie down – which he probably should have done. But then he decided to show up to Sean Plunket on The Platform – and it was all downhill from there, because of course Sean asked the questions that none of the lamestream media would ask.

Oh – and he mentions a 2022 report – which came out of the Research centre on white supremacy set up by Jacinda Ardern. And the current government rightly pulled funding from the country’s “flagship research centre into violent extremism”. But just white extremism. What the media didn’t tell you – conveniently – is the real reason that the group targeting white extremism was closed down. It was headed by an extremist who was white.

Have a watch of the interview with Sean on The Platform

VIDEO

This isn’t going well, is it.

But it’s all based on a feeling

VIDEO

And then finally Sean goes in for the slam dunk

VIDEO

OK – that didn’t go well, did it.

And I did leave that last credit to The Platform – because at times, they’re the only ones asking the real questions, it seems. The legacy media have virtually all checked out to the woke left.

So it was quite the hysterics from activist teachers during the school holidays – and the media seemed keen to join in – except for Sean, that is.

Ironically just over the weekend, the hysterical campaign by Stuff continued with this story

‘Not surprising in the slightest’: Young men acknowledge teachers’ warning about online extremism

Apparently (a very few) teachers – a few that our investigative reporter could find – along with a couple of other randoms – say teachers are being traumatised by such tricky questions as

“Why are you back at school after having a baby and not looking after your child? Abortion is wrong, and women shouldn’t get to have a choice on it. Are you a lesbian?”

Abortion is wrong?! How extremist! Call the Police immediately.

And teachers who want to ram down abortion, the danger of traditional families and tradwives, and want children to identify which of the 112 genders and 200 sexualities they identify with, and want to sneak them off for abortions behind their parents back and encourage them to try and identify as the opposite sex – suddenly they call it “extremism” when they’re asked if they’re a lesbian or should the unborn child have a right to life.

This is all probably a good reminder to check whether your children are being indoctrinated by one of these activists in radical sexuality and gender theory, climate alarmism, critical race theory and Marxism.

If so, rescue your children from this rising teacher extremism.
