In this episode of Solid Ground, Simon discusses two significant court judgments coming out of the United States. One confirms that passports can only have ‘male’ and ‘female’, and a second judgement says people should not be compelled to use pronouns. Simon then talks the huge mess the BBC has created for itself, sharing example after example of their biased and corrupted reporting. He notes this is clearly an issue for the BBC but also reflective of much of mainstream media, including here in New Zealand.
