He then discusses news of a successful law suit in New York against a surgeon and psychologist who transitioned a child at age sixteen. Now 22, the woman involved has sued for malpractice and won. Simon suggests this will be the first of many successful cases, with doctors who have put ideology and experimentation ahead of child protection soon to face similar lawsuits.
