While a challenging topic, it is important for parents to understand what is happening and be better informed as to how to protect their children.
Kristi shares how she entered policing as a young mother, trained as a specialist child interviewer to gather children’s evidence for court. She then moved into child sexual abuse investigations for a decade before leaving in 2020 to educate parents who often told her they didn’t know the red flags around exploitation.
