The Government wants to scrap the ‘Three Strikes’ law, saying that “the public don’t like this law”. A poll has found that just 25% of New Zealanders want the ‘Three Strikes’ law repealed, including just 29% of Labour voters. Almost half of Labour voters want the law retained. And is the law working?
